(Emphasis added.) The record indicates that the lessor was not an "innocent" purchaser of the property in issue, but a longtime seller of real estate. That is, after the non-taxable property had passed to the *859 lessor, he would find other non-taxable property in order to improve his profit margin. This fact, coupled with the fact that the lessor took no steps to protect his interests despite the loss of his interest in the property, leads us to the conclusion that he was not an innocent purchaser for value without notice. For the foregoing reasons, the decision of the circuit court of Cook County is reversed. Reversed. DUNN and ADESKO, JJ., concur.
